Which iPhone models are compatible with Beamo® Spark Lite?
For the best experience, Beamo® Spark Lite is recommended for iPhone 15 and later.
*The iPhone 13 and 14 series are also supported. On some models, lens flare may occur if the camera lens is dirty or Beamo® Spark Lite is positioned too close to the camera lens. Before use, clean the camera lens and adjust the light sensor module slightly farther from the phone’s LED flash to help reduce reflections and lens flare.
Do I need to remove my phone case before using Beamo® Spark Lite?
Not usually. If your case is too thick or weakens the magnetic connection, remove it before attaching Beamo® Spark Lite to ensure a secure fit.
Does Beamo® Spark Lite work with third-party camera apps?
Yes. Beamo® Spark Lite works with third-party camera apps that support Flash On mode.
How is Beamo® Spark Lite different from the built-in phone flash?
Powered by a Xenon Flash with a flash duration as short as 1/10,000s, Beamo® Spark Lite helps freeze motion and brings more depth to portraits. It also provides more effective fill light for nighttime and low-light shooting.
How many flashes can I get on a full charge? How long does it take to fully charge?
You can get approximately 500 flashes per full charge. Actual results may vary depending on flash output, frequency of use, and ambient temperature. A full charge takes approximately 1 hour. Charging time may vary slightly depending on the charger specifications and operating conditions.
