Where is my order? How do I track it?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to get real-time delivery updates.

If you haven't received tracking information yet, or if you have any other questions about your order, reach out to our support team.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We allow for self-service order cancellations within 1 hour after placing your order. To do so, go to your JOBY Account Page and open the order you want to cancel. Then just click the order cancel button.

If it's been over 1 hour since the order was placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order ships. We're unable to modify special orders or any order that has already shipped.

If your order has already shipped, visit the carrier's tracking page to explore options like holding at a pickup location or updating your delivery address. If you'd still like to return the order, you're welcome to request a return once you've received the package (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping if your order is over $39 (US Mainland) (excluding taxes).

If your order does not meet the minimum threshold, a flat rate or calculated shipping fee will apply at checkout.

For international orders, please note that free and paid shipping options cover transportation costs only. Customs duties, VAT, GST, and other import fees are not included and may be charged separately at the time of delivery. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US States (and most US Territories), Canada, most of Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Japan. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our global warehouse network based on your destination country. Please see our Shipping Policy for a complete list of countries and warehouses.

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Armed Forces addresses (AA, AE, AP). JOBY also reserves the right to cancel and refund orders shipping to known package forwarding or consolidation services.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping/transit times typically take 2-7 days depending on the destination region. Estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout.

Please note that during peak periods (such as holidays, major sales events, etc.) processing may take longer. For pre-order items, shipping timelines are listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?

For orders shipping outside the United States, you may be responsible for additional fees such as VAT, GST, or customs duties, which are charged by the carrier or your local customs office upon arrival. The price you see at checkout does not include these potential fees.

We recommend checking with your local government for a breakdown of duty costs before placing an order. Please see Section 2 of our Shipping Policy to find where your order will ship from, which will help you determine any potential import costs. If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

My package arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of both the external packaging and the damaged product and we'll take care of it from there.

My package shows as delivered but I never received it. What should I do?

Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Claims submitted after this window cannot be accepted.

What is your return policy?

JOBY offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases made directly through joby.com. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of your delivery date.

This policy applies only to orders placed through the JOBY online store. If you purchased from a third-party retailer (Amazon, Best Buy, etc.), please initiate your return through them directly. Your product is still covered under our Warranty Policy regardless of where you bought it.

How do I request a return or refund?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos showing the product and packaging are in like-new condition

What condition does my item need to be in for a return?

To qualify for a full refund, items must meet all of the following:

  • Like-new condition with no signs of use
  • Original, unaltered packaging (including intact UPC code)
  • All warranty cards, manuals, and accessories included

If the product was part of a bundle, the entire bundle must be returned. Keeping any part of a bundle or a free gift will result in those items' retail value being deducted from your refund.

Items that don't meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.

Note: Items that arrived damaged in shipping are exempt from the like-new condition requirement.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Please note: additional shipping fees, handling fees, customs duties, and import taxes paid on your original order are non-refundable.

I bought my JOBY product from Amazon / Best Buy / another retailer. Can I return it to JOBY?

Returns for products purchased through third-party retailers must be handled through that retailer directly. JOBY cannot issue refunds for purchases made through other storefronts. That said, your product is still covered under the JOBY Warranty Policy. Please contact us if you're experiencing a product issue.

What does the JOBY warranty cover?

JOBY products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The standard warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase, though some models may qualify for an extended period. Check your product page for details.

The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, loss or theft, or items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Email us with:

  • Proof of purchase (order invoice or receipt)
  • Your product's serial number
  • Photos or video of the defect

Your claim must be approved before sending anything to us. Items sent without an approved claim may be returned at your expense. Once a claim is opened, it must be completed within 90 days.

My product is past the 30-day return window. Can I still get help?

Yes. If you're experiencing a product issue after the return period, you may still be covered under the JOBY warranty. Contact us and our team will help determine the best path forward.
