Where is my order?

Once you have placed your order, you can easily track its progress from your shipping confirmation email. As soon as your package is shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking link. You can use this link at any time to check the status of your shipment. If you have created an account, you can also view the order status in the 'My Orders' section.

In case you haven't received a confirmation email for your order, it's possible that your order has not been confirmed yet. To troubleshoot this issue, please consider the following possibilities:

If you have received the confirmation email but have not received the product yet, please check the status of your shipment using the tracking details provided in the email. Additionally, please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct.
