Currency, Payments and Transactions
- All orders and payments are made in US Dollar.
- Payments will appear on your credit card statement as SPN*JOBY
Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be shipped same day. All orders placed after this time will ship the following day. Expedited shipping is available only on orders placed Monday through Friday morning. Orders placed after cutoff Friday or on weekends and/or recognized U.S. national holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or military bases.

If at any time you feel our products do not meet your needs please return the item by following our eCommerce return policy within the applicable 30 day period.
