  • All orders and payments are made in British Pounds.
  • Payments will appear on your credit card statement as SPN*Joby

Shipping Information

The order tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email. For order tracking click here.

Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. (GMT) will be shipped same day. All orders placed after this time will ship the following day. Next Day Delivery is available only on orders placed Monday through Thursday. Orders placed on weekends and/or recognised U.K. national holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

U.K. eCommerce Returns Policy

At Joby we take pride in our quality products and services and we value our relationship with you. If at any time you feel our products do not meet your needs please return the item by following our eCommerce return policy within the applicable 30 day period. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your legal rights. A summary of your legal rights in relation to the products is set out at on our returns page .

  • Your order may be shipped in separate boxes, and they may be delivered at separate times.
