Shipping InformationHoliday Closure Notice:
Shipping and Customer Service close Friday, December 22nd at 2pm and remain closed until Wednesday, 12/27. Orders from 12/23-12/26 will not ship until Wednesday, 12/27.
While we'll do our best, orders placed after Dec 15th may not arrive in time for delivery on the 25th.

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be shipped same day. All orders placed after this time will ship the following day. Expedited shipping is available only on orders placed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends and/or recognized U.S. national holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or military bases.

eCommerce Returns Policy
At JOBY we take pride in our quality products and services and we value our relationship with you. If at any time you feel our products do not meet your needs please return the item by following our eCommerce return policy within the applicable 30 day period. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and these terms do not affect your legal rights. A summary of your legal rights in relation to the products is set out at on our returns page.
