Videndum Warranty Terms and Conditions (WT&C)

1. General

1.1   Thank you for purchasing a Videndum Media Solutions (“Videndum”) product (“Product”).

1.2   All Videndum Products are covered by a full manufacturer's warranty as fully described below. This warranty does not limit any available consumer statutory rights.

1.3   This Warranty protects against defects in material or workmanship for the Warranty Period (defined below).

1.4   The duration of any available statutory warranty varies according to jurisdiction. However, as we are certain that the quality of your Videndum Product will exceed your expectations, we offer additional limited warranty extensions on some of our products to original purchasers.

1.5   This WT&C applies to Products purchased on and after 1 August 2021. In the event of conflict between the WT&C and any warranty documentation included in Videndum product packaging, the documentation bearing the latest date shall apply.

1.6  Videndum warrants that its Products have been manufactured, tested and inspected by our Quality Control teams.

1.7   For the purposes of this WT&C:

1.7.1      “Customer “means the individual who originally purchased a Videndum Product.

1.8   There are two levels of Warranty:

1.8.1     A first level of Warranty is the "Standard Warranty". This is what may be required by law in the country in which Videndum Products are sold. It is valid from the date of first purchase, as evidenced by the sales receipt (“Original Purchase Date”).

1.8.2     A possible second level of Warranty is the "Extended Warranty". This may be offered by Videndum as a limited extension to the Standard Warranty under certain circumstances and subject to certain limitations, as per Article 2.6 and 3.1, 3.2.

1.9   Unless otherwise required by the law of the jurisdiction where the Product has been purchased, these Warranties are given to the original purchaser of the goods only and cannot be assigned, except with the prior written agreement of Videndum.
