Gorillapod & Gorillamobile Warranty

Joby, Inc. warrants all products in the Gorillapod and Gorillamobile product lines (hereinafter "Product") against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This warranty extends only to the original end user of the product.

Joby's liability is limited solely to the retail value of the Product. Joby does not accept any liability for damage to cameras, lenses, cell phones, mobile devices, or any other third party product that may or may not have been used in conjunction with a Joby Product. Joby is not liable for damages or losses due to improper use of its Products.
