We offer FREE ground shipping on all Gorillapod orders to customers in the continental United States. We also offer a free shipping option
for Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping to Canada and other International locations is charged at cost, according to destination (i.e. you just pay
what it costs us to send it. We don't make money off shipping).

No, the Gorillapod SLR-ZOOM and the Gorillapod Focus do not have a quick-release plate like the other, smaller Gorillapods.
The SLR-ZOOM and the Focus were designed for use with a ball-head or professional tripod head, so we didn't include a quick-release plate.
However, you are NOT required to use it with a ball-head. You can still use the SLR-ZOOM and Focus models with your camera simply by
screwing them into your camera's tripod mount.

Customs duties and other taxes can vary significantly from country to country. The price Joby charges for products and shipping does NOT include any additional VAT or customs charges that may be imposed by countries outside the US.
About the Packaging
Packaged and "eco-packaged" Gorillapods both contain the same product. We offer the eco-packaged version as a more environmentally friendly alternative, or for people who want to save some money and don't need the fancy packaging.
The packaging for our Gorillapods is made from some of the most recycling-friendly materials, and the whole packaging can be recycled.
