Good choice of winners! That bottom one gave me a huge, huge flashback to my very favorite Elvis movie “It Happened at the World's Fair” which, of course debuted in 1963. While the plot did not exactly involve Christmas, there was a wonderfully romantic scene between Elvis and his co-star Joan O'Brien at the base of the Space Needle, and the holiday motif of Ms. McKee's fine photo couldn't help but give me yet another rush thinking about his still-a-classic Christmas album and my favorite of all time song/carol, “Blue Christmas”. Thank you for the memories!

I love these photos – especially that great Christmas photo of Seattle's Space Needle. It has always been a goal of mine to travel to Seattle and see this icon of the 1960's. It is so “George Jettson-esque”. I am sure there are millions of photos of the Space Needle, but somehow Ms. McKee seems to have captured it in a way that I have never seen before. Well done.
